These terms apply when you request the 10% treatment voucher. The voucher requires only a privacy acknowledgement; optional marketing emails are separate and not required to receive the voucher.
- On signup, a personal voucher code is issued and sent to the email address provided.
- The offer gives 10% off the clinical insemination fee for a new patient's first paid insemination at Premier Fertility Clinic.
- Donor sperm, travel, weekend and public-holiday fees, storage, and other add-ons are not included in the discount.
- The voucher is valid for three calendar months from the signup date. The clinic verifies the voucher code and subscriber email address when applying the discount.
- The offer is personal, may be used once, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with another discount.
- Withdrawing marketing consent does not invalidate an issued voucher during its validity period.
- The offer does not guarantee or determine treatment. All treatment remains subject to clinical eligibility, required consent, professional assessment, and applicable Danish healthcare rules.
